Scalloped Halloween Card
We have had a very busy week. Sam and Amanda have stayed with us all week and just left this morning. We had a great week barrel racing. Sam won the Futurity and Kami placed 4th in a round. So sad she knocked a barrel over or she would have placed 2nd in the futurity. Should've, could've, would've!!!! Connie also ran in one of the girls slots in the slot race last night and placed so we were all excited!!!! I have been working timing all week at Spearfish-work today, tonight, and tomorrow and then will be done. It has been a great experience! Then we will be back to the real world again!
This card was CASED from Jackie's blog. We will be making it in our club in October. The materials used was the new Halloween DSP, Green Galore, Plum, and Black Card stock. The black and white striped ribbon makes the card complete. Hope you have a great day-it is suppose to get up to 88 degrees!

Card for Assisted Living
This is a Hallowen card that we will be making at the Assisted Living Class on Monday. I used Black card stock, Hallowee DSP, the new Pumpkin Pie Striped Ribbon, and Vanilla Craft Ink. It will be quick and easy for them to put together. I have had company all week and now I am off to work at the Barrel Futurity in Spearfish! Hopefully, I can post in between. Have a great day!

My Aunt's 92nd Birthday
This is another page I created this afternoon with My Digital Studio. This is a picture of my dad's sister who just turned 92 this summer. I hope I am as active as she is at 92 years old. This is so much fun to play with and all of you will be able to purchase My Digital Studio beginning October 1st. You may contact me if you would like to place an order. You may purchase MDS for only 1/2 price if you have a workshop for $400 or over in October or November. Scrapbooking has never been so much fun and easy! You can make hardcover books, calendars, cards, photo pages and scrapbooks. You can look at a video at www.stampinup.com. Have a great day!

My Digital Studio
I just loaded my My Digital Studio tonight and have been trying to create some pictures for a scrapbook page. Oh, my gosh! This is so much fun I can't believe it! We went to the horse pasture this afternoon so I just mixed and matched some pictures. It is so fast and amazing! I can see what I will be doing this winter when I am indoors. It is just a click and you get background paper, embellishments, and punches. I got a little carried away with this page but it is so much fun I couldn't stop! What a fantastic way to get caught up on my scrapbooking!

Fall Scrapbook Page
I am back again after our very, very busy week! The Barrel Racing Futurity went very well. We met people from all over the US which was so awesome! Kami also made the Finals and ended up placing 4th in the Final Round so we were so excited. Lana and Kami did a great job of organizing everything! Now hopefully, I will be back to stamping and posting again. This is a page I made with my clubs with the new DSP in the Mini catalog. I also used Really Rust and Taken With Teal CS. This DSP is beautiful! Have a great day and enjoy the wind!!!

Halloween Waterfall Card
This is a waterfall card that we made at club this month. We used Only Orange (4 1/4 x 11) and Black card stock. The black card stock is 2x 9 and scored on the 2 inch, 2 3/4 inch, 3 1/2 inch and 4 1/4 inches. There are 4 -3 inch Only Orange squares. I stamped on Whisper White with Black ink and punched them out with the 1 1/4 inch circle punch and then punched out 1 3/8 inch Black circles. I also wheeled across the Orange card stock first with black ink. There are a lot of tutorials on the internet for waterfall cards.

Cookie Monster Card
This is a Cookie Monster card that we made in our September Clubs. I got this in a card exchange from Shirrise Linn--sooooooooo cute! I used Real Red, Yo Yo Yellow, Brilliant Blue and Green for the Scallops. The card is 4 1/4 by 8 1/2 square with Whisper White. The Real Red, Yo Yo Yellow, Green Galore, and Brilliant Blue squares are 2 inches square. Everyone enjoyed making this cute little Punch Card. I hope you have a great day. I am going to freeze some corn as I got some pickles and salsa made yesterday then off to run errands. So much to do before the weekend!!!

Treat Cups
This card is using retired Stampin' Up! DSP and ribbon as I just discovered I didn't have any new Halloween DSP so I just had to order some more DSP but wanted to try these new Treat Cups. You can buy he Treat Cups this month for 12 for $2.95. They even have packing you can purchase to put around the cups for mailing. They have an adhesive around the top of the circle you just peel off and they will stick. I used a 1 3/4 inch circle punch to punch out for the cup. I just got my new My Digital Studio software and can't wait to start playing with it. I decided to wait until after the Barrel Race Futurity so I don't mess up the Futurity Program! So another week---I am sure I can keep busy with other things though! My garden is going out of control-I have 3 buckets of tomatoes sitting on my cupboard along with a sink full of cucumbers that are waiting to be canned into pickles. Maybe this afternoon or tomorrow?????

Ireland Projects
This is what I have been doing and the reason I have not been able to stamp. We went up to Cheryl's place and picked a bunch of grapes. I just finished making grape juice from them and then into jelly. We had picked some chokecherries earlier and I made jelly and juice from them. My husband loves chokecherry jelly on toast for breakfast. My brother and family were here yesterday and they all had to try some. My brother was hinting on taking some home so I had to give in and send him a jar.

Autumn Meadows DSP
I give all of the club members at the end of each meeting some DSP, card stock and accessories. We all get the same card stock, etc. At the next meeting we bring back our cards that we have made from these materials.
You can see how all of the cards turn out differently using the same materials.
It has been very fun to see the creativity of each person. We can use any stamps we want with our cards but can not add any other embellishments or any other colors of card stock but you do not have to use all of the materials. We always have a great class. I have been away for awhile as I have been canning and preparing baskets and door prizes for the Barrel Racing Futurity coming up next week. Wow! What a lot of work preparing prizes, bookwork, etc.
