(customers, demonstrators, etc) I won a trip to the Caribbean next May!! This has been a goal of mine since I started Stampin' Up! 17 years ago. I just completed my 17 years with Stampin' Up! on June 17th. What a great trip! I had won a cruise to Alaska with a drawing but this one I made with sales, downlines, etc.!!!! Thank you to everyone who helped me with this trip! I am so excited!!!!

Painted Ribbon Rack

Where do the days go?

The month of June is almost gone and I am wondering what I got accomplished during this month. Looking back at some pictures I decided I did get some things done. I repainted my ribbon bars from black to white as I just painted my craft room and cleaned carpet. Now I am in the middle of filling my paper racks back up. I love these racks! I have all of the card stock in and now just need to get the Designer Series Paper in the racks. It just takes a lot of time to sort through everything! Hopefully, the furniture will arrive soon and I will get this room back together again. Hope you have a great day! We are in hayfield so I am spending lots of time playing the gopher.

Shares

Just finished

with shares of ribbon, dsp, and embellishments. What fun to see all of the new items in our new catalog. All of the shares are sent off but was fun to see everything! Just finished with our recipe books and they turned out great! That was a huge project but fun! Stampin' Up! worked with us so much as it was a huge order and kept me informed of progress!!! Great company to be in! Now I am off and running to get my stamp room in order! The furniture hasn't arrived yet but painting is done and rugs are cleaned. Now the worst part is sorting through things! Yikes!!! Items accumulate so fast! I will try and post some pictures as it progresses!

Gift Holder

We made

this gift card holder at our June club with Tempting Turquoise and Daffodil card stock. The bow was made with 2 oval framelits (I think it was the second smallest one) and then run through the big shot with the Honeycomb impression folder.  Score on the lines and adhesive together. I also used the large (2 of them) for the main card.

Wildflower Meadow

We had fun making this at our June club with the Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder and the new Vintage Buttons. I cut a piece of white card stock in half and then cut 3 pieces of card stock 1 1/4 x 5 and layered it on a piece of white card stock 3 3/4 x 5. Add some ribbon, button, and Bakers Twine. You can also add a saying with a flower and brad. Easy to make!!

Embossed Butterfly

These are 2 of the cards we made at club with the Swallowtail stamp. We stamped the butterfly with embossing pad and then added embossing powder. We put white powder on the pool party card stock and pool party embossing powder on the white card stock. Heat with the heat gun and then cut each piece of 4 x 5 1/4 piece of card stock in half in center of butterfly. Then put a 2 x 4 piece of card stock in back in middle to hold butterfly together. Add to card with dimensions or adhesive. Be sure to get a lot of dimensions in the middle so butterfly will stick good to card stock. I tried this in other colors and it is beautiful!!! I cased this idea from Dawn's stamping thoughts!!!

Mother's Day Surprise

 What a great day I had today! My husband took me out for dinner last night. I picked our girls up at the airport and stopped for a lunch. Also, got 2 different flowers and then tonight we got another new colt.

 So cute and long legged but just wanted to drink milk so had a hard time getting pictures. One more mare to go!!! Love this season with all the

new babies. Happy Mother's Day to everyone and hope you all had a great day and could be with some of your family!!!

 

MDS Sketch Page

I just changed the MDS photo. I made my pictures larger and added a frame around them. I also made the circles and tape bigger! So much to learn! It seems to cover the page better. Downline Cards

This is

a card that my down line, Shirrise, made this past month! Nice, springy and colorful!  We had a wonderful time at our meeting and love to get together with everyone and had lots to accomplish in one night!

Carol, another down line member made this cute Whale Card with the new little whale clips, and glitter paper.

It has been quite hectic around here as my husband just had a new hip put in. So far doing well and keeping up with everything except of course my blog has been suffering! Take care and have a beautiful day as suppose to be in the 70's today!

Shopping Suite

60th Birthday Party

Lana and I had a fun day last Saturday preparing food and decorating for Roxie's 60th Birthday Party! Lots of food and guests made a great day! I made the pennants using fabric and then used Tempting Turquoise card stock and Expresso for letters. A great cake from Piece of Cake-so yummy. The pinwheels were made with ham and a pickle and wrapped up with a tortilla! A great day!!!

paper flower

This was a fun project that I got from Patty Bennetts blog. We made this at club using the new filter paper and the petite pocket with the Big Shot. I tried 2 different flowers-one I made with punches (this one) and the other one I think I liked better using the framelit flowers. Either way all of the flowers turned out different. We used 6 different pieces of filter paper-2 large, 2 medium and 2 small. I used 2 packages for my club so it does take quite a bit of paper. Then we sprayed the flower with Regal Rose, Daffodil, and added a little Melon Mambo with the little spritzer tools. It looks like we are going to have a sunny day so maybe a lot of snow will melt. I just finished painting all of the shelves in the garage so that job is winding down. It needed to be cleaned and painted but not this way!! Oh, well nice now!!!!



More Snow

28 inches of snow!!! Check out the cool drifts! They are predicting snow or rain for another week! We needed the moisture so bad! I did get some more cleaning done on craft room and the plastic containers are working great to organize the garage shelves! I also played awhile on the MDS today! I love that program!

Winter Blizzard

I love this snow! Oh, we need it so bad!!! It has been snowing for 2 days now and some wind. We have a lot of drifts between the back of the pickup and the auto gate!!! So needed! I cant believe how much I got done--all of my classes for April and May--designed and cut!!! Wahoo! No mail, no paper, no school, businesses closed but a great day to stay home. Now to get everything ready for the vendor show (Shopping Suite) next week. I had to cancel a workshop and class but will reschedule as this moisture is all so worth it. Our vehicles are all outside as just waiting for all the paint to dry and then everything goes back in-probably a good job for tomorrow!!! Hope you are having a wonderful week!
