Scalloped Punch Card

 These little
cards are all over the internet but I got the directions from Tami White . They look difficult but very easy to make. We made these in our club this month.
1. Fold 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 card stock in half but do not crease
2.  Cut edge in scalloped punch
3. Cut off top and bottom from scallop to edge on both scallops with scissors or a cutter.
4. Score on 4 1/4 inches fold and then score opposite tag.
5. Add Designer Series Paper and embellishments.
