This is 4 cards and a box that we made at Sarah's house on Saturday! We had so much fun! These are beautiful cards and we had fun making them once we got the hang of the folded ribbon. We used the Vintage Vogue set which will be in the new Catalog this fall! It is a fun set to work with!

Stencil Birthday Cards

Here are 2 of the Stencil Birthday Cards we made in our Birthday Card Class. The bottom one was cased from Shellie's blog.
We used the stencils and Mambo card stock and a sponge and ink pad, stamped Happy Birthday and then ran it through the Big Shot using one of the embossing folders. On this card we punched a hole in the middle of the flower and tied a knot with some ribbon and put it in the middle of the flower. Have a great day!!!

Easter Purses

I made this little purse for our little grand niece for Easter to match her Easter dress! I used 2 different colors of fabric so it took 1/3 yard of each color. I used magnets to hook the purse together and made one 24 inch strap. Hope she likes it!!
This purse was made the same way as above only using 2 colors of light pink fabric. This picture was taken before I washed them. After I washed them the ends frayed as I cut all of the scallops. This purse was for another grand niece! I hope you have a great day! It is windy here but plan on attending a Stamp Class that Sarah is giving! Yahoo! I don't have to cut paper just be a guest!!!!!

Easter Blessings

We made this card yesterday at the Assisted Living Center. I have 2 gentlemen that have also joined our group which has added a little spice to the group! I cased this card from someone on the Internet but have forgotten where I got it so thank you to the person I cased it from. They did pretty well on this card except the crayons were a little difficult for them to maneuver. We had a great time again and Donna was a great help! I used Certainly Celery, Pretty In Pink card stock and the watercolor paper and pink satin ribbon. I have been very busy making Easter Baskets-when I get them done I will put them on my blog! What a fun way to spend a day! I am headed to the Nursing Home to have a Tea Party with the residents and our Red Hat Group!

Easter Egg Kit

We are making this card today at the Assisted Living Class. I used the oval punch and punched out eggs from Pretty In Pink, Bashful Blue, and Certainly Celery. The rest of the decorations besides the grass are made from the Eggcellent Eggs Kit in the Mini Occasions Book on page 23. These are suppose to be used to decorate eggs but also make great embellishments on a card. My "Happy Easter" is from the stamp set "Tiny Wishes"--love that set! Everything that I make has to be pretty easy or the residents will get discouraged or I end up making it for them. They love to make them if it is simple.

Cutter

Here is our little Puppy that isn't a little puppy anymore. I just told him to "Sit Cutter" and he cocked his head and put out his ears! He has become a great little dog if he would just quit chewing on everything we own.

Masculine Birthday Card

I made this card this morning in less than 5 minutes. I swear it took me longer to put it on the blog than it did to make it which included cutting the paper. I am going to be having a Birthday Card Class on Wednesday, March 24th for anyone that would like to attend. It is at 1:00 and we will be making 12 cards for $15.00. I am not sure if we will be making 3 cards and 4 of each design or 4 cards and 3 of each design. It depends on materials and the attendance and how creative I can be! This is a card for the guys as I used Chocolate Chip card stock, Sweet Pea DSP, the scallop and 1 1/4 inch punches, a large brown brad and Whimsical Words. This stamp set is free until the end of March if you buy $50 or more of merchandise out of any of the catalogs. What fun! I hope you have a great day-I was outside all morning and the corrals are finally starting to dry up a little. It is tough getting around out there as the mud is so deep and those boots just get stuck now and then! The next two days are suppose to be nice and sunny and up in the 60's by Wednesday! yahoo!!!

SAB DSP Card

This card is made from the DSP that is in the SAB catalog. You can get this paper FREE if you order $50 of any merchandise in the Occasions Mini or Big Idea Book through March 31st. I just used layers of scrap paper and some Crushed Curry Polka-dotted Ribbon. This would be a great card if you were moving or just to send to someone in the neighborhood, etc. This was a very quick card to make plus you can use some of your scraps.
