Stampin' Up! is so generous

Wow! Stampin' Up! was so generous at Convention as usual! What a great company! Every attendee got a Prize Patrol. In addition to all of the above I also got 3 more free stamp sets for my leadership award, sales award, and another award. Wow! We also got a bundle of make and takes to do that we never had time to do. So many fun ideas and great classes that we attended! You will not believe all of the wonderful and fun things that are coming!!! Wow!!! I hope you are having a great day!!

July Club Cards

This is a scrapbook page that we made in our Scrapbook Club using Afternoon Picnic DSP, Basic Gray, Whisper White and Crushed Curry card stock. I also used ribbons, Coastal Cabana Ruffle Stretch Ribbon, and White Bakers Twine.  Your picture will go right next to the Gray Pennant Builders.

These next 2 cards are very easy to make and made with Washi Tape. I got the ideas from the Online Washi Tape Class for 14.95 that anyone may purchase. Just full of ideas for Washi Tape. So fun and easy. You can cut or tear the ends of the tape. My club members were really getting creative with this.

This cute little card was made with circle punches and Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana and Pistachio Pudding card stock. I used the 1 1/4, 1, 3/4 and 1/2 inch circle punches. The leaf is made from one circle punch! Fun idea!!!

Enjoy this very hot day! I got groceries and now thinking instead of weed wacking I will begin packing for Convention!! Wahoo!!!

New stamp room

 

This is where I have been storing a lot of my supplies, etc until my stamp room is done! It has been very difficult the last month as I cant find anything. Will be so glad when everything is organized again!

This disaster is about to change over to the picture below. I have been working on this project since February (designing, ordering, etc) and it is about to come to an end.

I love my paper racks and soon will be full when all paper is sorted. Yesterday we got the 2nd sink in the bathroom and hauled the furniture down the steps. Believe me I was soaked as some of it got pretty heavy before we were done. I will be posting pics as we get it all together. (I had to wait until haying was done before this project could happen) Tomorrow I will show some pics of the island and some of the counter tops. I am so excited to get this project done.

I have been making a few projects with the new Holiday catalog and will be posting them soon! (I hope!) (customers, demonstrators, etc) I won a trip to the Caribbean next May!! This has been a goal of mine since I started Stampin' Up! 17 years ago. I just completed my 17 years with Stampin' Up! on June 17th. What a great trip! I had won a cruise to Alaska with a drawing but this one I made with sales, downlines, etc.!!!! Thank you to everyone who helped me with this trip! I am so excited!!!!

Painted Ribbon Rack

Where do the days go?

The month of June is almost gone and I am wondering what I got accomplished during this month. Looking back at some pictures I decided I did get some things done. I repainted my ribbon bars from black to white as I just painted my craft room and cleaned carpet. Now I am in the middle of filling my paper racks back up. I love these racks! I have all of the card stock in and now just need to get the Designer Series Paper in the racks. It just takes a lot of time to sort through everything! Hopefully, the furniture will arrive soon and I will get this room back together again. Hope you have a great day! We are in hayfield so I am spending lots of time playing the gopher.

Shares

Just finished

with shares of ribbon, dsp, and embellishments. What fun to see all of the new items in our new catalog. All of the shares are sent off but was fun to see everything! Just finished with our recipe books and they turned out great! That was a huge project but fun! Stampin' Up! worked with us so much as it was a huge order and kept me informed of progress!!! Great company to be in! Now I am off and running to get my stamp room in order! The furniture hasn't arrived yet but painting is done and rugs are cleaned. Now the worst part is sorting through things! Yikes!!! Items accumulate so fast! I will try and post some pictures as it progresses!

Gift Holder

We made

this gift card holder at our June club with Tempting Turquoise and Daffodil card stock. The bow was made with 2 oval framelits (I think it was the second smallest one) and then run through the big shot with the Honeycomb impression folder.  Score on the lines and adhesive together. I also used the large (2 of them) for the main card.

Wildflower Meadow

We had fun making this at our June club with the Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder and the new Vintage Buttons. I cut a piece of white card stock in half and then cut 3 pieces of card stock 1 1/4 x 5 and layered it on a piece of white card stock 3 3/4 x 5. Add some ribbon, button, and Bakers Twine. You can also add a saying with a flower and brad. Easy to make!!

Embossed Butterfly

These are 2 of the cards we made at club with the Swallowtail stamp. We stamped the butterfly with embossing pad and then added embossing powder. We put white powder on the pool party card stock and pool party embossing powder on the white card stock. Heat with the heat gun and then cut each piece of 4 x 5 1/4 piece of card stock in half in center of butterfly. Then put a 2 x 4 piece of card stock in back in middle to hold butterfly together. Add to card with dimensions or adhesive. Be sure to get a lot of dimensions in the middle so butterfly will stick good to card stock. I tried this in other colors and it is beautiful!!! I cased this idea from Dawn's stamping thoughts!!!

Mother's Day Surprise

 What a great day I had today! My husband took me out for dinner last night. I picked our girls up at the airport and stopped for a lunch. Also, got 2 different flowers and then tonight we got another new colt.

 So cute and long legged but just wanted to drink milk so had a hard time getting pictures. One more mare to go!!! Love this season with all the

new babies. Happy Mother's Day to everyone and hope you all had a great day and could be with some of your family!!!

 

MDS Sketch Page

I just changed the MDS photo. I made my pictures larger and added a frame around them. I also made the circles and tape bigger! So much to learn! It seems to cover the page better.
