This is a picture of Lynn and I taking our Manager's walk in Nashville. Lynn was one of my roommates from Yankton! We had such a great time and we did not know each other before we went to Leadership-but had a blast!!!

Fun Flowers Die

Just love the new Fun Flowers Die! Wow! It is so much fun to put the different DSP's and colors of card stock together! I used Baja Breeze and Crumb Cake card stock along with some Baja Breeze seam binding. The Button is from the Neutrals Buttons. I have really used the Thanks for Caring stamp set which is where "with Love & caring" comes from.
We had very cold weather today with the high of -2. Yes, that is 2 below 2 for the HIGH! I made cards with the ladies at the Assisted Living today! They so enjoy making the cards! Hope you have a great weekend!

More Pages Book About Me

OK so it is snowing again! I wonder when Spring will ever get here?? Suppose to snow all through the day again! Wow!
Stampin' Up! has more MDS downloads. They are starting to put the downloads out on Tuesdays but not every Tuesday! You can go on my SU website and check out all of the cute and adorable downloads!
Today's blog features 4 more pages that I made for My Book About Me! Now today I am going to make some regular scrapbook pages (6x6) so hope to put them on my blog tomorrow. Yesterday I worked on some projects for club and cards that are long overdue for friends! I had so much fun with the Fun Flower Die! It really makes some cool cards. I am also getting ready to post a Birthday Card Class that I will be having in March. Keep watching for the details!
Have a great day!

MDS Book About Me

This is a few pages that I made with my MDS for my Book About Me. I am not necessarily putting them in this order but I am just making individual 6 x 6 pages. I decided to make my book in 6 x 6 and use a Stampin' Up! linen photo album as they are so nice. Then when I looked at MDS you can not make 6x6 individual pages but you can make a 6x6 card and get 2 pages for the price of one. I thought about this option and then decided to take a 12x12 individual page and divide it into 1/4's. I have not got them back from the SU printer yet so crossing my fingers that I got everything on the correct lines. I used a 12x12 mat and then took my square punch and put it on the 6 inch line going horizontally and vertically and then paper filled it in to make one page, and then did the same process for page 2, 3, and 4. It is hard for me to imagine what it will look like on a 6x6 and I may find out I have left too much space between pictures and text. You need to send in 5 pages at a time to get the $2.50 per page or $12.50 total. You can send in under 5 pages but it will still cost you $12.50 plus the $6.95 shipping and tax. You can also add other SU products to your order so the $6.95 shipping doesnt seem so much. Can you tell I have a problem with shipping? I just mailed a little light weight apron yesterday and it was over $5.00. Crazy!!!
I love pictures and I think they are priceless so I can handle prices on pictures. Just this weekend I was looking at some old pictures and saying that this has got to be my priority to get all of these pictures in an album.
I hope you have a wonderful day-my chores are done and bookwork done so I am headed to my stamp room to be creative!!!!!!!!!!

Miche Party

We all had so much fun yesterday afternoon at my Miche Party! Of course I couldnt decide which one to buy so had to buy more than one! Love the new chain handles and conversions you can add now. I took this handle off and have the new chain handles. Love them and very reasonable once you get your base! And an instant new purse. I also had to try the Big Bags and will post them later. This one is a new one and named Madelyn! Be sure you go through a dealer as much more reasonable than going through the company. Shirley Johnson was our demo and did a great job! My sister, Rhonda, gave me Dani for Christmas and just love it!!!
I finally finished 5 pages (12 x 12) for my Book About Me scrapbook. It is actually 20 pages as I put 4 6x6's on a 12 x 12 page. Wow! Each page is only $2.50 on My Digital Studio and I didnt even have to go out and buy all of the embellishments and card stock! Guess what? It wasn't even messy or cluttery as I only had to use my computer. So wonderful!
Well, I have been out shoveling snow in the corrals so need to get some stamping done! I hope you have a great day!

This is the outside of the box! Think outside of the box and show me what you can come up with and I will post it on my blog. So many ideas for birthday, Mother's Day, etc!!!! Have a great day! I am having a Miche Purse Party for my great neighbor friend this afternoon. Looking forward to getting all the gals together again! Have a great day!!!

Bliss Card

We had a great day today! We drove to Elm Springs for our Downline Meeting at Shirrise's house. She is always such a great hostess. Again, it was a beautiful day for South Dakota in the 60's! Wow! What a weather teaser! It is so hard to believe that we are in February but I am sure they are getting us ready for some tough weather ahead as afterall we havent started calving yet! Tonight I have been working on a scrapbook About Me! Each of our club members in our Scrapbook Club will be making a Book About Me so I am trying to get some sample pages ready. I am trying to make one with MDS and then a regular scrapbook page.
This card I made today I cased from Patty Bennett although I used Rose Red and one different stamp. This card is made with the SAB stamp set "Bliss". I just love the little Flowered Vintage Ornaments-they are so nice on sympathy cards. I also used the Tulip Frame and the Rose Red Binding! Have a great evening!

Build A Blossom Card

You have to check out this baked apple pancake that we ate while in Cave Creek in AZ! It was so good but we had to share it! Bud and I went over to breakfast at this little cafe in Cave Creek (Oaks Diner and Flapjacks) while we were vacationing in AZ. I always like to try new foods so gave this a try! It was yummy! You can just see the apples coming out of the middle! Soooooooooooo good!
We made this card yesterday at Club! I cased it from Laura Thorpe as she was doing a Vintage Swap while we were in Nashville. I helped her put some of her cards together the night before the swap so could remember how to do it. Laura was so much fun as a roommate and a very talented lady! You can use this card for many different occasions! Have fun with it!

I am Back Again

I am finally back again. We were in Arizona for 8 days and then came home to a very busy schedule and the passing of my Aunt. Bless her soul-such a nice, wonderful person and was good to see many of the family again!
For all of you My Digital Stampers SU just came out with a new PDF to keep track of all of your Digital Downloads! It is so nice! If you would like to see a list of MDS downloads just check out my SU website! Lots and lots of new ones. You can just go online and order the downloads-no shipping plus if you have $50 worth of downloads you can get a Sale-a-bration Free Stamp Set or any of the accessories or a DVD with more downloads ($24.95 value)
Remember it is Sale-a-bration time and for every $50 you order you get a free item from the SAB catalog! How fun! I have been making lots of cards but forgot to take photos of them before I sent them so will catch you up on the Club Photos. Have a great evening!
