More and More Tags

This is some of the tags I made from a rectangular shape and punched the corners. I was inspired by someone on the internet but I do not remember whose blog I saw this on. If it was you please notify me and I will give you credit I used Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake card stock to make them Vintage looking. I also added a snowflake punch and the Big Buttons on one of the cards. Cherry Cobbler seam binding was used for the top of the tag. I also used the Vintage Lace on some of the tags.
It has been very cold and windy here today and there are storm warnings out for tomorrow. I sure got a lot done today as stayed in the house most of the day working on books and Christmas!!! Have a great week and I hope winter doesn't arrive tomorrow!

Boys Club Wreaths

These are pictures of some of the wreaths that we have been making at the Boy's Club this week. We make large, medium, and small wreaths and also crosses, candy canes, swags, and garland. They are all prices from $20.00 and up but are so reasonable for the amount of greenery that goes into them. You can add bows or pine cones. On Monday I am going to take my Big Shot and see what we can create.

If you get a chance stop down and see us and maybe we can help you decorate your door or house. This has been a fun project although we have been working lots of hours to complete all of the orders. I hope you have a great weekend!

This sack was made to look like the front of good ol' St. Nick! Great idea, Shirrise! I hope you have a wonderful evening! Remember the Amazing Recruit Package and the Spectacular Savings that lasts until November 30th. Even free shipping!!!! If you have any questions just email me or give me a call! I am still making wreaths at the Boys Club! We got our big order out today so now we are having fun creating all kinds of wreaths to sale! What a fun place to work!

Yesterday when I came home from work at the Boy's Club I just thought this is such a fantastic place to work at Holiday time (even though my fingers are cold)! Everyone is so happy coming in to get trees and wreaths! They were just working to get the Christmas music to play and people were choosing their favorite trees. They were just finding the "perfect one".
May you have a very thankful and Blessed Thanksgiving!

Christmas Scrapbook Page

I made this scrapbook page the other day and had fun designing it! I used the ornament punch after I ran the card stock through the different embossing folders. I also used the Northern Frost Decorative Strip with the Big Shot to make the snowflakes and the Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die for the Cherry Cobbler strip across the top of the Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper.
I started making wreaths at the Boy's Club on Monday! What a rewarding job!! They really are turning out neat so if you need a wreath, swag, etc stop at the Boy's Club next week and order a wreath!! I was so happy to run into my downline, Cheryl, at the Boy's Club today and her downline, Becky!!! What fun they were having! I didnt get to chit chat very long as I was working but was such fun to see them and to meet Becky! Have a great evening!

More Journals

This picture is of some of the Journals I just made with the My Digital Studio. They were fun and quick to make for my downline. I had one mistake and that is not to put any writing in the bleed area. Grrr! These journals have 80 pages and are hard covered. You just design the front and back and like magic they are completed! A great gift!!!!

New Picture

It was time to change my picture but we just haven't had much snow to get into the winter season yet (which I am thankful for). It was pretty cold out this morning doing chores but ran across this picture that you may enjoy!

Downline Meeting

We had our downline meeting yesterday along with Awards and a little Christmas Party! What a blast!!! I have such a fantastic group of ladies and such creative ideas!!! We have so much fun! Ai wish all of my ladies would be able to attend but due to distance it is not possible. I did have my Christmas tree up and lit only for the party and now will have to wait until after Thanksgiving!

This is a picture of me with my lovely ladies. We had a great meeting and lots of Show and Tell and then I gave them each a couple of gifts. I made the gifts with Stampin' Up! products. The rest of the gifts will be in the mail to the rest of my downline.
These plates were purchased at a local store and then I added the tree from the Definitely Decorative Decor from our Holiday Mini. The one sheet really made a lot of gifts for Christmas! You won't be able to put these in the Dishwasher but just wipe them off gently after they have been used! I will also show another gift that I made tomorrow! We are planning a Craft Fair the last Saturday of January that all of the demonstrators can participate in! Everyone is invited to attend at the Senior Center across from the Civic Center! I hope you are having a great day!

Santa Tag

Yesterday we had a workshop at Erika's home and had such a great time! She was so organized and had a fun group attend. We made Christmas tags and place cards! This tag is very simple to make and great for beginner stampers! I was inspired by Heather and then made my own adjustments. I used Old Olive and Cobbler for the card stock and stamped the Tag on white card stock. The punches that we used were the Scallop Punch and the 1 3/8 punch. I also got to show off the Big Shot and we cut the thinner tag on the Two Tags Bigz Die. On some of the cards we used the Jolly DSP on the whole bottom and used the corner punch on the bottom and others just left it as was. I will be posting the Place Card later this week. Have a great Sunday!

Glove Christmas Gift

I made these gloves for quick gifts for Christmas. You just take a pair of black gloves (or any color) and put a package of cocoa in them and then wrap some wide striped ribbon and tie a knot (ribbon can be found in the Stampin' Up! Clearance Rack for $1.99 a roll.) I also added "Warmest Greetings" on red card stock punched with the Ornament Punch. I got this idea from Donna, one of my club members!!! Fun to make! I hope you have a great weekend!!! I have a workshop tomorrow and then home to put up some Christmas lights on my outdoor trees before the cold sets in!

Santa Hat

We made this cute little Santa hat in our clubs this month! It was a real hit! It would be darling to make these and put them on your tree or you could use them for chocolates or a gift card. I was inspired by Kim on Stampin by the Sea blog. She has a fantastic video on her site. I used Cherry Cobbler card stock and seam binding and the Tag Punch. Have fun making these!

Fall Card

This was one of the cards we made at our Red Hat Day! I used some of the ideas from a card from my downline, Sarah! They so enjoyed using all of the punches instead of having to cut everything out. The pumpkins are made from the oval punches and we sponged around them. I used the Bird Punch to make the vines. Fun card!!
It is so windy out today that I am sure it will take some of my Christmas lights down that I put up yesterday! It was 75 yesterday and beautiful! I decided to put up all of the lights on my fence lines--glad that is done! Just finished making my last batch of Salsa for the season! Had so many great tomatoes from our neighbor!!!!Have a great day!

Red Hats

We had so much fun on Saturday as the Red Hats came to our house and we made 4 projects. Only a few of them had ever stamped before but seemed to all have a great time. Vickie is working hard at her projectand the girls below are making the Santa cards with cocoa.
Faye Lee is painting her snowflake with a paintbrush to add a little glitter to her card.
These gals worked together on their first card which was using the scalloped square and then adding an image from Lovely as a Tree to make a birthday card.
Mar had never stamped and just didnt think she could do it but had a great time making her Santa card! After we stamped we had a salad luncheon! Everyone really seemed to be having a great time. Sue was a great help as she had stamped before and was a great helper!!!!

Countryside

This is a card that we made in club this month using the Countryside stamp set! We water colored the image and cut out the pump and added it to the card. The leaf was cut out with the Big Shot and then sprayed with the Brown and Gold Spritz! I added the new Fall DSP and some Chocolate Chip striped ribbon on the Mustard and Chocolate Chip card stock! Just love this set! It would make a good masculine birthday card! It is so beautiful outside I just finished washing my windows and taking a walk! Now I have got to get busy cutting paper as I am having our Red Hat group out on Saturday for a luncheon and cardmaking fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Halloween Treat

I know, I know Halloween is over but I just have to share this one last gift that I got from Erin at club on Tuesday!! It is so cute made out of the Top Note and the Batty For You stamp set (I hope they keep this stamp set forever as it has so many ways to use it). She put colored pens with the scallop punch on each pen and then also put the scallops on the front!!!! Erin made her own stuffing by just cutting small strips of paper of different colors. So cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great day and I will also be back with another post!
